Ambassador Associate

An ambassador is one who is sent on a mission to represent another (http://www.merriam-webster.com). An associate is a volunteer who wants to be a recognized partner with Aloha Activation Network (AAN). There are no employees at AAN at this time. An Ambassador Associate is an individual who is sent to the world’s communities to present  AAN’s mission: “Spur Into Action.” (www.AlohaActivationNetwork.com)

Requirements:

1. Display the Aloha Spirit

   1. Kind friendly smile

   2. Demonstrate the Aloha Spirit in your life.

2. Read, understand, and approve the AAN mission

   1. AlohaActivationNetwork.com

   2. Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding

3. Sponsored by an AAN executive officer 

   1. A face-to-face interview 

   2. Mentor program certificate 

4. Sign the Contract

   1. Accountability

   2. Confession of intent

   3. Signed by three executive officers

Ambassador Associate File:

1. Name: Your full name as you want the IRS to see it

2. Nickname: What you want us to call you

3. Mailing address: to show proof of residency (official contact address)

4. Email addresses: personal and AAN

5. Textphone number: cell number for quick info/contact

6. A brief but thorough statement of what you believe the mission of AAN is

7. A brief but thorough statement of what you believe your responsibilities are

8. Executive officer’s letter of recommendation 

9. Mentor program certificate 

10. Signed contract

The main duties of an Ambassador Associate is to inform the communities of AAN and solicit general monthly donations.
