Aloha Activation Network Associate Application

An associate is a volunteer who wants to be a recognized partner with Aloha Activation Network (AAN)

Note:

There are no employees at AAN at this time. Everyone is a volunteer.

Three great ways to get involved:

1. Volunteer participant of an activation team

2. Activation Team Representative for an organization’s independent activation event

3. Activation Team Leader of an individual activation project

Requirements:

1. Display the Aloha Spirit

   1. Kind friendly smile

2. Read, understand, and approve the AAN mission

3. Sponsored by an AAN officer

   1. A face-to-face interview required

4. Sign the Contract (For accountability)

   1. AAN to the associate

   2. Associate to AAN

2. Nickname: What do you want us to call you

3. Mailing address: to show proof of residency

4. Email address: contact info

5. Textphone number: cell number for quick info/contact

6. In the body of the email, please include

   1. A brief statement of what you believe the mission of AAN is

   2. Purpose of application I want to be a volunteer on                      activation team. Including a brief statement of what you plan on doing on the activation team

   3. I would like AAN to partner with me on (Project name). Including a brief statement of what the project is and what you plan on doing

   4. Officer sponsor:                              . If you need a sponsor please let us know

   5. Any questions you might have.

   6. At the bottom of the email before typing your name write the following statement: "I hereby acknowledge that all the information provided above is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge."
