Letter to parents - 2026-05-03

Dear Parents,

With only four drama days remaining, it is essential that all cast members attend every session. Please take note of the following schedule:

Tuesday, 5/5: Final Dress Rehearsal (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
Anyone providing their own costume must bring it on this day.

Friday, 5/8: First Assembly Performance (12:00 PM – 4:00 PM)
Students should report to the cafeteria at noon. Teachers have already been notified of this early release.

Tuesday, 5/12: Second Assembly & Public Performance (12:00 PM – 6:00 PM)
Students must report to the cafeteria at noon. Between the assembly and the public performance, the cast will rehearse and rest. Students will be dismissed by the drama staff following the public performance.

Friday, 5/15: Cast Party (2:30 PM – 4:00 PM)
Students are welcome to bring a snack to share. We will also be presenting awards.

Please ensure your student is present for these final dates. If for any reason your student will not be there, let us know now so we have enough time to cancel the performances.

Public Performance Information
The public performance is Tuesday, May 12, at 4:30 PM. We encourage you to invite family and friends to attend. While drama is free for students, donations to help cover costs are greatly appreciated. You may donate in person at the performance or online here.
